A pain in the neck?

Read Christian Worsfold’s interesting article on spinal pain and why it is not necessarily due to what we refer to as “bad posture”.  It is more likely that stress, lack of exercise and poor sleep patterns are the precursor to neck pain.  There is some helpful advice on how to help yourself.
