Excellent rating

Charlotte was like a detective trying to work out the cause of my discomfort. Came away with practical steps to try out. More thorough than other physios visited. helen savage All the staff at Hilton Physio are friendly and caring. Lisa my regular physio really listens to get to the root of the issues I am experiencing and had always got me to a more comfortable place with kindness and compassion Ruth Hayes I can’t recommend Ashbourne Physio enough. I’ve been seeing Lucy Langford for treatment following a head injury that caused dizziness, fatigue and neck issues. Her knowledge of these issues is so vast, and she has been able to notice, diagnose and treat issues that other medical professionals have been ignoring for months. Alongside the great treatment, Lucy is also so reassuring and understands the impact these issues have on your life, which makes a huge difference. All the reception staff are also always eager to help and really lovely people. Amelia Dominie was recommended to me, so I made an appointment with her when I had suffered with a very painful shoulder for some weeks - I feared it might be a rotator cuff issue. Dominie was impressively thorough in assessing me, and left no stone unturned. It transpired that my neck and upper thoracic (back) muscles had become extremely tight, and were causing the shoulder pain. After some massaging, and then a simple exercise to test for any improvement, it was evident my shoulder pain had almost completely gone! Dominie subsequently gave me some exercises to continue doing at home to consolidate. I would definitely recommend Dominie to others. The practice itself was great, too - light, airy, clean, and spacious, with good facilities, and a friendly face on reception. All in all, I could not have had a better experience. Helen P. Great service and the physiotherapist Tammy was very knowledgeable and experienced. All staff seemed happy and polite, with Tom the receptionist being very welcoming and relaxed. My injury has been greatly improved, and I'm now able to get back to my gym routines with confidence. Highly recommend! Jason dent I’ve been coming here for a few years now and can highly recommend. I see Tammy for recurring neck and shoulder spasms, have also seen Ruixue for acupuncture and have been referred by my GP for physiotherapy. It’s easy to book on the phone and there is a waiting list which I often use to get an appointment quickly, plus they’re open on Saturdays and work out of two locations: Hilton and Ashbourne. K I was referred to Hilton and Ashbourne Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries service by my surgery following presenting with extremely excruciating and constant pain in my right leg, similar to sciatica, resulting in long period without sleep. Since attending, I have received the correct diagnosis and superb and extremely professional treatment from Tammy Fleming, my physiotherapist. As a result of my ongoing treatment and suggested exercise regime I have improved so much that I have now been discharged and am close to full recovery. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Kevin Gough
