What to Expect

During your home visit, a fully qualified and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist will:

  • Conduct a thorough assessment of your condition and situation
  • Work with you to develop goals and your own treatment plan
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercise guidance, and mobility support as appropriate
  • Offer advice on home adaptations and equipment if needed
  • Involve careers, family as appropriate if you feel that would be helpful

All care is delivered in line with NICE and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) guidelines

We provide Home Visits across Ashbourne, Hilton and the surrounding villages.

Availability of our Home Visit Service does depend on Physiotherapist availability, condition to be treated and geography but we will certainly help if we can and will suggest alternatives if we are unable to help.

Fees

Home visit fees vary depending on location and duration.

  • Visit our Fees Page for more details on Home Visit Prices
  • Additional travel costs may apply for areas further from our clinics, but this will be discussed with you before the visit
  • Invoices will be provided with payment due on the day of treatment
  • Case Managers please contact us directly – we do not generally deal with insurance companies for Home Visits.

They will put you in touch with the most appropriate Physio from our team. In instances where we are not able to help, we will let you know as soon as possible.
