Elizabeth Griggs
Associate
I qualified from the University of Brighton in 1994 and have worked at Ashbourne Physiotherapist and Sports Injuries Centre since moving to Derbyshire in 2003.
I am a keen runner, and enjoy the challenge of training for a half marathon, or occasionally a full marathon, so I understand how important it is to be able to get back to your chosen sport as soon as possible. I also enjoy Parkrun, yoga, tennis, the gym and walking in the Peak District with my husband and two dogs.

Special Interests
Working in both Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy is great as it allows me to combine all of my knowledge, experience and skills to help people to achieve their goals.
Both areas are incredibly rewarding to work in as you are often able to really improve the quality of people’s lives.
Persistent and Pelvic Pain is a particular area of interest but I also really enjoy the diversity of working with Sports Injuries and Back Pain.
My other areas of interest are scar therapy, particularly abdominal, C-Section and breast surgery scarring as this can make an enormous difference to recovery and function.
