Service to Case Managers
Our team of over 10 physiotherapists each brings decades of specialised experience. We collaborate closely to deliver a cohesive, tailored, and consistent service for every client. We are an established practice with 40 years of experience and are supported by an outstanding administration and reception team, always ready to assist you and your clients as required.
Treatments are available at both of our centres on the Derbyshire/Staffordshire border, located in Ashbourne and Hilton. Home visits can often be arranged within a 10-mile radius of either of our 2 centres – home visits outside these areas are assessed on an individual basis.

Our approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and active. Clients are involved in developing their own home programmes, which are presented in the format that best suits them to maximise engagement.
Case managers benefit from clear communication, regular progress updates, and a collaborative approach to goal setting. We are dedicated to facilitating timely rehabilitation, promoting independence and supporting a safe return to daily activities/work.
