Hayley Sheard
Sports Therapist
I qualified in 2001 with a Sports Studies degree from University College Worcester. In 2007 I graduated from Chester University with a post-grad diploma in Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Outside of work I like to spend time with my family and enjoy going to the gym, participating in a variety of exercise classes and even going out for an occasional run.
Sports massage is not just for sport people, your occupation and day to day activities can affect your posture, causing niggles, pain and decreased range of movement too. I’d be more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding a Sports Massage treatment.
Special Interests
I have worked in gyms, taught exercise classes and provided exercise rehabilitation programs for people with long term health conditions when working for the NHS.
More recently I qualified in Sports Massage and I’m currently working towards my level 4 qualification alongside a Nutrition & Health qualification which is another topic I have interest in.
Qualifications
BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Studies. Registered with the Complementary Therapists Association.
