Understanding Golfer's Elbow
This is the “mirror” of tennis elbow, affecting the tendons on the inside of the joint. It is common in people who do repetitive lifting, hammering, or gripping.
Common Symptoms
- Pain on the inner elbow when flexing the wrist or shaking hands.
- Stiffness in the elbow joint.
- Reduced grip strength.
