For those recovering from injury, return to exercise can be daunting. These classes link Yoga or Tai Chi with thoughtful movement facilitating a return to enjoying movement, relaxation and mindfulness and are tailored to be accessible to those with limitations to their exercise abilities. Classes can be taken at your own pace and you can be assured that others in the classes are likely to be in a similar boat to you.
